Helpful hints to make your Garage sale a fun experience:
*
Putting your yard sign out earlier than the designated 8:00am time, will
cause enthusiastic shoppers to ring your doorbell before you're ready.
* Have
small bill change for at least $50.00 and several rolls of
quarters ready the night before to avoid a "mad dash" to an ATM early
Saturday morning.
*
Price items with stickers, large signs close to small items for sale and
anything to give away make a sign that reads FREE.
* If
your sale is outdoors and not in your garage, be prepared to have early
shoppers stop by as soon as Friday morning. If you're setting your sale
up in your garage make sure your garage door is down until 8:00am
Saturday morning or the early bird shoppers will be there to visit
before you're ready.

It's
"neighborhood garage sale" again and Brushy
Creek North is scheduled for Saturday
morning, May 3, 2008 from 8 -12.

you'll need to:
1)
Email
Amanda Reeder
with your name and the street address
where
you'll have your sale
2) Make
a bright colored sign for your yard that
says, "Garage Sale Here, Yard Sale, etc

3)
Place your sign in a visible spot in your
yard Saturday morning at precisely 8:00am
and let the fun begin!!!
Please feel free to email any of
our neighbors this invitation. We will
